The late Mr. Edmund Vincent-Piper was an internationally respected dairy leader whose career spanned more than four decades across the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Asia. Renowned for his expertise in large-scale dairy management, herd health, forage systems, operational excellence, and people development, he helped shape some of the region's most progressive dairy enterprises while mentoring countless professionals throughout his career.

Very few people had the privilege of working under his mentorship for over a decade and much of the practical understanding behind Let's Dairy's approach to modern commercial dairy farming traces back to that guidance. He believed that while education provides a foundation, true expertise is earned through discipline, hands-on experience, continuous learning, and consistent execution on the farm. He pushed those around him to build real-world skills, think independently, and lead by example principles that continue to shape how we work today.
